• Locking Assemblies: Shaft-hub locking devices (also known as shrink discs, clamping elements, and locking elements), including Type Z2, Z3, and Z12A series.
• Universal Joints & Couplings: Universal joints (single, double, and telescopic), precision miniature universal joints, needle bearing universal joints, and universal joint couplings.
• Chains: Industrial chains and agricultural chains for combine harvesters (Yanmar, Kubota, corn, and peanut harvesters).

Production Capabilities & Quality Assurance

Shanghai YiDi operates a state-of-the-art facility covering over 6,000 square meters, featuring three standard workshops and a two-story office building. The company is equipped with precision machinery, including centerless grinders, surface grinders, precision lathes, planers, drilling and milling machines, and punch presses. Furthermore, it possesses advanced heat treatment capabilities with furnaces and high-frequency heat treatment equipment to accommodate varied customer specifications.

The company has successfully obtained ISO9001-2000 quality certification and leverages computer-aided technologies such as CAD and CAPP for product development and process design.
